"Welcome to Brooklyn Bridge Books, the literary home of Allen Schery. Dive into thought-provoking narratives and groundbreaking insights that explore the patterns shaping human experience."
Here, the past meets the present through carefully curated narratives. As an anthropologist, author, philosopher, and historian known for a multi-disciplinary approach to books, I've lived in diverse cultures. This gave me a profound insight: every person is born into stories, and most everything is a human mind painting. I believe every book is a bridge to new understanding, offering profound insights into the human experience, and my diverse work proves it.
From the captivating saga of the Brooklyn Dodgers—a passion reflected in my design of a 46,000 square foot Dodger Museum housing 250,000 artifacts, a collection I began in 1952 in Brooklyn, and explored in my books The Boys of Spring-The Birth of the Dodgers, The Brooklyn Dodgers at Ebbets Field 1913-1957, and Ebbets to Paradise O'Malley's Journey to the Coliseum and Dodger Stadium—to my unique design for the Corvette Americana Museum, and the grandeur of the Rose Bowl Museum, my selection of books delves into the stories behind the moments that shape us. Embark on a journey of discovery through narratives that connect the past, illuminate the present, and inspire future thought.
